A 2-weeks Pre-recorded Hypopressive Exercises Taster Course for beginners.Begin with the Hypopressives Course Questionaire Workbook. There are two videos for each week: express and full video. Week 1’s videos will be released 3 days after your registration day, in order to give you some time to go through the workbook. Week 2’s video will be released one week after the 1st week’s video.This class series is perfect for those who wish to try hypopressives and the method Dr Alison Holden teaches. This short series will allow you a good understand on how things work before taking the plunge. Keep in mind though, a short course such as this taster course will not produce results. To be able to see some positive results, you will need to take a full course.The workbook will give you a baseline at the beginning of the course. When you re-visit it again at the end of the course, it will help you measure your improvements.Hypopressive classes require minimal equipment. You will need a yoga mat ( or similar), a stretchy band, a ball, and a stable chair, ie, not one on wheels.Hypopressive exercises are best done on an empty stomach.WHAT TO WEAR:Wear something loose and comfortable that allows you to move. You can get quite warm when doing the exercises, so layers are a good idea.Looking forward to seeing you in class!
